We are using the latest technology to streamline the prescription
refill process. Most of the pharmacies are also using the latest technology
in order for us to work as partners and improve the service that we
can give you.
Follow these steps to get the best service possible:
1. Make sure that you are registered, or are in the process
of registering, as a patient. If you have been seen in the office you
are registered. If you have mailed a record release form to us to deliver
to Randolph Internal Medicine, you are in the process.
2. When you register in the office plan on identifying
your pharmacy so that we can incorporate this information into your
medical record.
3. When you need a prescription refilled, contact your
pharmacy with the necessary information and identify me as the prescribing
physician. They will then request the refill from us and we can promptly
respond
4. Please remember that I have certain legal requirements
for prescribing medications and that an office visit will be necessary
before refilling or prescribing any potentially addictive or narcotic
medication.
