Quit smoking

Quitting cigarettes will be the most important preventive health decision you will ever make. Continuing cigarettes will be the most important destructive health decision you will ever make because it increases the likelihood of developing many health problems including lung and heart disease and cancer. They also cause wrinkles.

The following websites will amplify the options that you may have heard about or find useful in your efforts to quit. If you are serious about quitting and you want to take a prescription medicine, please make an appointment and we'll get you started. If you elect the non-prescription options, make the decision that you are finished smoking and then don't smoke. I know it's easy to talk about quitting and hard to do. I'll do anything I can to help you quit short of a double amputation at the elbows! It is that important.
